Vietnamese Bilingual Business Development

Writing, organizing and managing the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Coordinating and communicating programs within the business and manage distribution channels. Five functions: Medical writing, Internet marketing, TV/video development, Grants and must speak Vietnamese.

Essential Job Functions:
Provides regular status reports (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) on marketing efforts and progress to Management and Preferred Providers
Organizes and coordinates strategic meetings with MD24 House Call and Preferred Providers
CRM Management for Internet Marketing (IM)
Prepare materials and coordinate Marketing/Business Development team attendance or participation in healthcare industry specific conferences
Communicating and monitor Internet Marketing measures - Data Management/Distribution Channels for Preferred Providers Program
Coordinate ordering & software set up for iHealth Kits and Telemedicine Kiosks, including CHF and diabetic iHealth Kits.
Coordinate with Medical Operational Department to place Kiosks/Kits in right place, right time, right person and right facilities
Monitor progresses and measures developing for iHealth Kits & Kiosks
Identify and communicate to House Call Clinicians, licensed CSW, CHP, and MA in specific Preferred Provider team for patient care in both metro and rural
Maximize Marketing data & Internet Marketing team to capitalize on acquiring new potential Preferred Providers
Contracts coordination with Contract Legal Team - Preferred Provider Agreement (PPA) and Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Ability to communicate effectively with overseas Marketing team members (Vietnam) through various channels such as: email, online video communications and Skype phone
Data mining, referring to appropriate distribution channels, and connecting Transitional Care Management to Preferred Providers
Minimum Qualifications:
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing position within healthcare industry
Previous experience in marketing Healthcare Technology and introducing innovative technical products to the healthcare industry and consumers
Experience in using CRM, specifically Odoo CRM or another web-based CRM
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and a Key Performance Index

Experience:
5 years of experience in a Marketing position within healthcare industry preferred
Strong technical skills preferred
Sales experience is a plus
With our unique model, our current Business Development Coordinators have a well-paid monthly base income plus $1,000 per qualified signed preferred provider agreement once completed training in 30 days.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
