Vietnamese Bilingual Medical Assistant - Front Office

Wage will be compensatory with experience. Position is full time M-F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with overtime as needed. MD24 House Call offers full comprehensive benefits including: health, dental, vision, life, & disability insurance plans, as well as a 401k.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a professional environment; internships do not qualify as professional experience
Graduated from an accredited MA program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) certified through AAMA or registered through AMT
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferably AdvancedMD EHR (AMD)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Google Drive, Groups, G-Mail, & Google DOCS/SHEETS
Strong customer service skills, along with the ability to proactively anticipate and respond to needs of patients, their POA's and caregivers
Demonstrates critical thinking, creative problem solving, organizational skills, time management, utilization of appropriate lines of authority, and respond promptly to urgent requests
Familiarity with computers and medical terminology
Maintain a high level of professionalism and strictly follow all MD24 House Call's processes and policies
Essential Job Duties but not limited to:
Provides clinical and administrative support to MD, Podiatry, Psychology, NP's & PA's daily; performing Medical Assistant duties as necessary
Process all orders for labs, x-rays, consults etc. via AMD EHR in a timely and efficient manner
Utilize AMD EHR to communicate results to providers and capture patient communication
Ensure that medical records and latest ancillary testing results are included for every patient visit by placing results in the EHR and communicating with providers
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
