Seeking a Jr. Desktop Support Specialist in Surprise, AZ, who will report directly to IT manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
On-site installation/maintenance of software and hardware configurations (Windows desktops and laptops)
Maintain strict data security and privacy compliance requirements for healthcare environment
Set up and administration of common applications like Google Email / Google Groups / Google Drive
Set up and administration of Electronic Healthcare Record software applications like AdvancedMD EHR
Maintaining (adding, deleting) user access/privileges for company-wide applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Escalate problems as required
Create and maintain documentation of IT issues and procedures
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Strong skills with Windows operating systems, MS Office, and Google Apps
Solid understanding of computer hardware and networks
A
Certification desirable but not required
Ability to work independently and effectively
Dependable, meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
