Property Manager Opening
We are looking for 1-2 years of property management experience as a Property Manager. Must have strong property accounting, financials and budgeting experience. The successful candidate must also have strong leasing, customer service, retention, and marketing experience. Yardi experience is preferred.
Fairfield's Property Managers are the team builders. They focus on all phases of on-site operation including the general administration and maintenance of the property; direction and control of all personnel & resources to ensure that property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. The Property Manager is tasked with hiring, training, & evaluating, the property staff. It is their responsibility to maintain timely and courteous communications with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
The successful candidate will be well versed in budgeting, property accounting, reporting, and effectively managing a team.
Required Experience
Must have at least 2
years of experience in the Property Management industry as a Property Manager. Experience with budgeting and must have excellent leadership skills.
