We have a very busy office and are growing so fast that we need another assistant to help us with our patients.
We are a happy office, and we need one more happy employee to complete our team! Fast-paced Chiropractic office seeks front office assistant/receptionist.
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows based computer programs Hours required 8am-6pm(Mon, Wed, Fri), 8am-2pm(Tues, Thurs)= 40 hours.
Work hours may shift occasionally to accomodate staffing needs.
Ability to work well with others.
Well organized with good written and oral communication.
A positive, up beat, energenic attitude is an absolute must.
No prior experience in a chiropractic setting necessary.
Bilingual is a plus.
There are 3 Indeed skills tests including a recorded phone interview.
All are required for application to be accepted.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
