Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage branch personnel and daily operations Perform and/or oversee all branch functions with a deep understanding of each Understand and manage branch reports, setting goals to improve key metrics Develop and motivate branch employee performance Communicate and reinforce corporate vision at the branch Develop and improve upon systems to ensure accuracy and attention to detail Communicate expectations for the branch effectively and hold staff accountable in a fair and transparent method Build rapport with staff, customers, vendors, and fellow MacArthur employees Work as part of a team at MacArthur to help accomplish regional and corporate goals Branch Manager Benefits Package:
