Candidates are required to take a Quickbooks assessment test.
Responsibilities:
Handling Accounts Payable for Separate Entities and Vendors Payroll Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors Bank Account Reconciliations General Ledger Reconciliation Credit Card Reconciliation Journal Entries Accounts Receivable Deposits Experienced in Collections Maintain Customer Files Maintain Vehicle Records Other office duties included Technology savvy Position Requirements:
Accounting experience and familiarity with the above-mentioned duties pertaining to trades.
Minimum 2 years' experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (desktop) Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
Have strong computer and data entry skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Problem analysis, accuracy, excellent organization, attention to detail, and promptness.
Excellent Math skills.
Strong decision-making abilities, along with the ability to independently-organize and plan Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to get along well with diverse employees & customers.
Dependability and loyalty - we want someone who is looking for success in our tight-knit family.
General clerical duties as required.
We are a small company, so we are looking for a team-player who can take on various tasks as they arise.
Light Janitorial duties.
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Employment:
Monday-Friday occasional Saturdays.
Hours expected to worked are 20-25 hours.
Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must.
