$52,000 - $77,250/annually HR Generalist Opportunity:
The HR Generalist is responsible for an assigned segment of the organization's HR responsibilities.
Responsible for initial recruiting of candidates to include job advertising, pre-screening, and setting up interviews with hiring managers for top candidates.
HR Generalist responsible for appropriate follow-up of each element of background and drug screenings within established time frames.
Data entry of employee/contractor information into HR/Payroll system HR Generalist will assist in design of total compensation information and communication tools to enhance employee's understanding.
Conducts exit interviews and ensures appropriate notifications are made for employee separations.

Qualifications:
Healthcare experience; Healthcare HR experience a plus.
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification The Surrounding Environment:
